Organic Arugula Seeds are extremely versatile and will definitely be a perfect fit for a healthy food lover. Edible arugula seeds are a spice of the mustard family, which are often used for growing microgreens at home. Arugula sprouts are very delicious and packed with antioxidants and essential nutrients. They contain vitamins C, B and K as well as calcium, iron, and zinc.
If you choose to use Organic Arugula Seeds for sprouting, you won't need to pre-soak them or build an elaborate hydroponics setup. Simply fill a shallow container with potting soil and wet it thoroughly. Spread the seeds on top, sprinkle with more water and cover it up. Sprinkle the soil every day to keep it moist but not boggy. Organic Arugula Sprouting Seeds should give you the first growth within a couple of days. When the microgreens grow a bit, you can uncover the container. They should be up to two leaves and ready for harvest in about 10 days.
Store fresh organic arugula sprouts in the fridge in a plastic or glass container. Note that the container needs to be aired. They will keep for up to a week. You can stock up on organic arugula seeds in bulk as they can last for up to six years. However, you'll need to store them in a dark, dry, and cool place.

Organic arugula sprouts taste milder than mature plants or seeds. But all parts of the arugula plant share the same complex, spicy flavor profile. The taste of arugula is a mix of spicy, earthy, and grassy tones with nutty and bitter undertones, which depend on the maturity of the plant.
The best way to use Organic Arugula Seeds in cooking is the same way as you would use mustard seeds. This means you can use them in condiments and marinades.
