Content Policy — Food To Live (food2live.com)

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Section 1

Purpose

This Content Policy establishes the rules for posting, sharing, and engaging with user-provided content ("Content") on websites and social media channels operated by Lexunder, Inc. under the Food To Live® brand.

We provide these platforms so our community can share experiences, recipes, product feedback, and information. We ask that everyone who participates does so in a way that is honest, respectful, and lawful.

Section 2

Scope

This policy applies to all Content submitted by users on Food To Live platforms, including:

  • Product reviews and ratings on food2live.com
  • Comments, recipes, and other submissions on the Site
  • Posts, comments, and messages on our official social media channels — Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and others
  • Any other content submitted to Food To Live through digital channels

This policy applies to all users, including customers, visitors, and Food To Live employees. Employees who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to disciplinary action.

Section 3

Prohibited Content

The following types of Content are not permitted on any Food To Live platform:

  • Defamatory statements. False statements about any person or organization that could harm their reputation. This includes libel, slander, and unfounded accusations.
  • Harassment and abuse. Personal attacks, threats, intimidation, or stalking of other users or individuals.
  • Hate speech and discrimination. Content that attacks individuals or groups based on race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other classification.
  • Obscene or sexually explicit content. This includes the use of abbreviations, asterisks, or other shorthand intended to communicate obscene or explicit material.
  • Privacy violations. Posting personally identifiable information, images, or likenesses of other individuals without their explicit consent.
  • Spam and commercial promotion. Unsolicited advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes, fraudulent messages, or promotion of third-party products or services.
  • Political content. Content affiliated with or promoting political parties, candidates, or campaigns.
  • False or misleading information. Inaccurate product claims, fabricated reviews, or any content intended to deceive other users.
  • Intellectual property infringement. Content that uses copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets without authorization. See Section 4 for details.

Section 4

Intellectual Property

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. The following rules apply to all Content submitted to Food To Live platforms:

Trademarks

Trademarks indicate the source of goods or services and may be protected by U.S. federal or state law. You may not use any third-party trademark in your Content without the express permission of the trademark owner. Trademarks may not be used in account names, usernames, or other user identifiers. Accounts using unauthorized trademarks may be deleted and required to re-register.

Copyright

U.S. copyright law protects original works of authorship, including text, images, music, video, and software. You may only submit Content that you own or have the right to use. Submitting copyrighted material belonging to a third party without authorization is prohibited.

Trade Secrets

Confidential business information protected as a trade secret may not be posted by anyone not authorized by the trade secret holder.

By submitting Content to Food To Live, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have all necessary rights to the Content you submit, including any required licenses, consents, and permissions.
  • Your Content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, or any other proprietary or legal right of any third party.
  • Your Content does not violate any applicable law, statute, or regulation.

If you believe that Content on any Food To Live platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please report it to us at help@foodtolive.com.

Section 5

Health & Product Disclaimer

Content posted by users on Food To Live platforms may include personal opinions, recipes, nutritional information, or claims about health benefits. The following applies to all user-submitted Content:

  • User-submitted Content does not represent the views or recommendations of Food To Live or Lexunder, Inc.
  • Food To Live does not verify the accuracy of health or nutritional claims made by users.
  • Nothing in user-submitted Content should be construed as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes.
  • Statements made by users regarding products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Food To Live products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This applies equally to claims made by users in reviews or other Content.

Section 6

Removal of Content

Food To Live reserves the right to review, reject, disable, or remove any Content at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that the Content:

  • Violates this Content Policy or any other applicable Food To Live policy
  • Violates any applicable law or infringes upon the rights of any third party
  • Is inaccurate, false, or misleading
  • Could adversely affect the reputation or goodwill of Food To Live
  • Should otherwise be removed for any reason we deem appropriate

When Content is removed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the user responsible for the submission and provide the reason for removal, where practicable.

Important: Food To Live will only remove Content in its entirety. We will not edit, alter, or partially remove any user-submitted Content under any circumstances.

Food To Live's decision on whether any Content is acceptable is final.

Section 7

User Agreement

By submitting any Content to a Food To Live platform, you agree to the following:

  1. You will not post Content that is libelous, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any person.
  2. You will not post Content that includes personal attacks against other users or individuals.
  3. You will not share the personally identifiable information, images, or likenesses of other individuals without their consent.
  4. You will not post Content that attacks individuals or groups based on race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other classification.
  5. You will not post obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit Content in any form.
  6. You will use Food To Live platforms only for their intended community purposes — not for commercial promotion, spam, or fraudulent communications.
  7. You will not post Content promoting or affiliated with political campaigns or candidates.
  8. You will not post Content that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  9. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any Content you submit.
  10. You represent and warrant that your Content will not violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
  11. You agree to indemnify and hold Lexunder, Inc. harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any breach by you of this Content Policy.

Before being permitted to post Content, users will be required to acknowledge and consent to this agreement.

Section 8

How to Report Content

If you encounter Content on any Food To Live platform that you believe violates this policy — including defamatory statements, intellectual property infringement, or privacy violations — please report it to us.

To submit a report, contact us at help@foodtolive.com with the following information:

  • The URL or location of the Content you are reporting
  • A description of the issue and which part of this policy you believe is violated
  • Your name and contact information (optional, but helpful for follow-up)

We will review all reports and take appropriate action in a timely manner. We do not guarantee a response to every submission, but we take all reports seriously.
