Food To Live products are sold as retail consumer food products. We do not provide Certificates of Analysis (COA), specification sheets, laboratory test results, or other batch-level production documentation for retail orders. This documentation is maintained internally for quality assurance and supply-chain purposes and is not made available to individual retail customers.
All information necessary for the safe use of our products — including ingredients, allergen information, and any applicable warnings — is provided on the product label. Please read the label on the product you receive. For questions about a specific product, contact us at help@foodtolive.com.
Wholesale and bulk buyers with documentation requirements should visit foodinbulk.com, where product specifications and Certificates of Analysis may be available upon request for qualifying orders.

Organic & Certification Disclaimer
Some Food To Live products are certified under recognized third-party programs, which may include:
- USDA Organic — certified by accredited certifying agents in accordance with the National Organic Program (NOP).
- OU Kosher — certified by the Orthodox Union.
- GFCO Gluten-Free — certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization.
- Non-GMO Project Verified — verified by the Non-GMO Project.
Where a product is described as certified, that certification applies to the product as manufactured and packaged. Certifications are maintained by the respective certifying bodies and are subject to periodic renewal and audit.
The display of a certification seal on this Site reflects the certification status at the time of publication. Certification status may change. For the most current certification information, please refer to the product label or contact us directly.
Products not bearing a certification seal are not certified under those programs, regardless of how they are described in general terms. "Natural," "pure," or similar language used in product descriptions does not imply any formal certification unless explicitly stated.
Section 6
Raw Food & Food Safety Warning
Some products sold by Food To Live are raw agricultural commodities. These products are not ready to eat as-is, may contain naturally occurring microorganisms of public health significance, and must be properly cooked, sprouted, or otherwise processed before consumption to eliminate potential hazards.
In accordance with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and the Preventive Controls for Human Food rule (21 CFR 117.136), Food To Live hereby notifies buyers that raw products from agricultural sources may contain microorganisms and have not been subjected to validated interventions to eliminate microbial hazards. Such products must be subjected to validated preventive controls to eliminate identified hazards before being introduced for consumption.
Raw products sold by Food To Live are sold solely upon the buyer's receipt and acknowledgment of this express warning. This includes but is not limited to:
- Raw nuts and seeds (including sprouting seeds)
- Raw grains, legumes, and pulses
- Raw dried fruits and berries
- Any product labeled or described as "raw"
Safe handling requirements:
- Store products in a cool, dry place in a sealed container.
- Wash hands before and after handling raw food products.
- Rinse products thoroughly before use where appropriate.
- Cook or process raw products to the appropriate internal temperature before consumption.
- For sprouting: follow established food safety guidelines for sprouting seeds at home or commercially.
Food To Live disclaims any and all liability for illness, injury, or damage resulting from the improper handling, storage, preparation, or consumption of raw products after delivery. The buyer assumes full responsibility for safe handling and preparation.
Section 7
Allergen & Cross-Contamination Notice
Food To Live products are packaged in a facility that also handles Tree Nuts, Wheat, Sesame, Soybeans, and Fish. While we follow good manufacturing practices to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from these allergens.
The following major food allergens as defined by the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA) and the FASTER Act are processed or present in our facility: tree nuts, wheat, sesame, soybeans, and fish.
If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to any of these allergens, or to any other substance, please review the full ingredient list and allergen information on the product label before consuming any Food To Live product. Do not rely solely on product descriptions on this website.
Individuals with severe food allergies should consult their physician before purchasing or consuming our products.
Food To Live is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from failure to read and follow product labeling and this allergen notice.

Section 8
California Proposition 65 Warning
Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals, including lead, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/food.
This warning is provided in accordance with California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65). It applies to products sold to consumers in the State of California.
Many food products — including nuts, seeds, grains, dried fruits, and vegetables — naturally contain trace amounts of substances listed under Proposition 65, such as lead, cadmium, or acrylamide, as a result of soil composition, growing conditions, or natural processes. The presence of a Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean that a product is unsafe; it means that the product contains one or more listed chemicals above California's threshold levels for warning.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other federal agencies set their own standards for safe levels of these substances in food, and our products comply with all applicable federal food safety requirements.
For more information about Proposition 65 and the chemicals listed under it, visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/food.
