Orders and Purchases

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Food To Live. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, except in the case of a pricing error, in which case we will notify you and allow you to confirm or cancel the order.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging, labeling, and product appearance may vary. We encourage you to read all product labels and information before use.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed to a carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be fulfilled. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

Promotional Offers and Codes

From time to time, Food To Live may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers. The following conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to be applied. Codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.
  • Each promotional code may be used once per customer unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or the Price Match Guarantee unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the period specified. Expired codes will not be honored.

  • Promotions apply to qualifying products only and may exclude certain product categories, sizes, or brands.
  • In the event of a pricing error in connection with a promotion, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and notify customers.
