How to Enjoy Organic Pumpkin Seeds in Shell
Snack on pumpkin seeds in front of the TV or enjoy them with friends over drinks, on a hot summer day.
If you do have the time to shell the seeds, you can gently crush the seeds under a rolling pin and place them into boiling water for about five minutes. Cracked shells will peel off, and once the seeds dry, you'll be able to enjoy them any way you like. Try sprinkling on salads or add to lentil soups. Making pumpkin seed butter is also a great idea and sure is fun.
How about Organic salted and roasted whole pumpkin seeds for a more sophisticated snack? Add spices you like to give seeds more flavor, although roasting will enhance the natural taste of the seeds so they will be amazing even without seasoning.
