Please, don't mix up pearled farro and whole farro grain. The pearled variety is polished after hulling with its bran and germ removed, so it has a slightly lower nutritional value.
Easy Way to Cook Italian Pearled Farro
To cook pearled farro, you should soak it for a few hours or overnight. Then, please put it in a pot using five cups of water per every farro grain cup. Bring to a boil, let simmer for 30 minutes, and drain the pan.
Italian Pearled Farro has a chewy texture and a mildly-nutty flavor with terraces of cinnamon.
